- I, like Talbo, feel like I just sort of came up with the game myself as well. Granted, it was through videogames that I probably got the idea of dangerous patches of lava, but there is something going on psychologically interesting that makes this concept so ubiquitous. Also, I found the wiki definition rather narrow- I often had setups where the dark or light tiles were lava, etc.
