The Feagles' Birthday Bash
We celebrated my son's 11th birthday all weekend, and we had a blast playing Rock Band for many, many hours since he opened it on Saturday. Definitely the best $200 I've spent in a long time. I see mixed SU reviews on this game, but it gets two thumbs up from this house. Musical purists would find it to be simplistic and "cheap" in some ways. I make sure my kids get proper music lessons, and I'm a former piano and guitar teacher myself, but for pure party fun and a rockin' good time for the whole family, this game is awesome. I was "on tour" with Liam and his best friend, Nolan, 'til 1 a.m. on Saturday night, earning gigs with our band, Bikini Whiplash. Ha! What a hoot! Even our little Camryn rocked the house and fell in love with the microphone. Now she can put away her hairbrush and use the real thing. And so can I. ;-)

kakk rated 8 months ago- Not only the price, but the gameplay is terrible. It was horribly laggy when I played it, and the guitar doesn't work nearly as good as the GH3 ones do. All of the stuff felt like it was made very cheaply. The background is almost a slideshow the graphics lag is so bad.

- I'm cautiously optimistic about this game because of the price. I'm not sure many people will be willing to shell out $160 for this game. You could split the cost 4 ways, but then who gets to keep the game at their house? It equates to 1 person being happy and 3 pissed off people.
