Yeah metric is so overrated, everything is based on tens. In the us you need good math skills cuz its all different. 12 inches to a foot, 3 feet to a yard, 5,280 feet to a mile, 16 ounces to a pound. For my purposes it's easier to remember 29.92 inches of mercury instead of 101.325 KiloPascals. No wait My amazing math skills let me convert from one to the other. It is interesting though that The US, Liberia and Myanmar all have a blue quarter in the upper left quadrant of their flag. Perhaps there is something to this nonmetric conformity. Alas, I'm rambling again.

metric ftw - imperial is crap, all different weird numbers. Yet we still use it partly in the UK for roads and human weight and human height.

From the page: "Three countries have not officially adopted the International System of Units as their primary or sole system of measurement: Liberia, Myanmar and the United States." --says it all.

I really wish that the metric system would be adopted by the United States.

Beautifully formulated: "Three countries use non-metric measurement systems: Liberia, Myanmar, and the United States."
