Just as there are many types of lovers, there are many kinds of love. Love is inherent in all human cultures. It is precisely these cultural differences that make any universal definition of love difficult to establish cannot help but giggle

Philosophers are confused about LOVE!
"The very existence of love is sometimes subject to debate.
(1)Some categorically reject the notion as false or meaningless. (2)Others call it a recently-invented abstraction, sometimes dating the "invention" to courtly Europe during or after the Middle Ages. (3)Others maintain that love really exists,
and is not an abstraction, but is undefinable, being essentially spiritual or metaphysical in nature. (4)Some psychologists maintain that love is the action of lending one's "boundary" or "self-esteem" to another. (5)Others attempt to define love by applying the definition to everyday life."
Man! This is insane. It is important to question everything, but the problems occur when people with influence or power become "aware" of one of these sort of conclusions and try to force the belief on everyone else. You see this same thing happening for religion and politics among other things, all the time.
