LibertyCrusader discovered 8 months ago- This girl was TWELVE years old when she aided her 23 year old boyfriend in killing her parents and little brother. Due to Canada's insanely messed up "Youth Criminal Justice Act", even though she was charged with three counts of first degree murder, she was sentenced to...10 years in prison, 4 of which will be spent in a psychiatric hospital and 4.5 years "under conditional supervision in the community". So basically she'll be spending less than 2 actual years in jail, and when she's reintroduced to society, will probably be given a new name and identity and get to start her life over. Her boyfriend's (ex-boyfriend?) case has yet to go to trial. To learn more, check out the articles about her at Crime Library (pic below links to it - and yes, she is 12).
