There's a fiction book I read a few years ago that has this exact same name. Odd. That book has nothing to do with this book. Actually, that's not odd, but I'm just wondering which book came out first: the fiction one or the non-fiction one? It's like the chicken or the egg story, except that this one is easily shot down, unlike the chicken or the egg one. So, yeah.
