Scarlette discovered 7 months ago- The European Journal of Parapsychology, edited by Paul Stevens and Ian Baker, both current members of the legendary Koestler Parapsychology Unit at the University of Edinburgh. Arthur Koestler, most famous for his anti-authoritarian novel, Darkness at Noon , was a noted scholar of the occult and the paranormal. He created the KPU posthumously when he left a substantial sum to the University of Edinburgh for research into parapsychology.
