- One of my least favourite StumbleHappenings - finding an incredible blog only because it was mentioned in the Memorial forum as being scheduled for deletion.
A quick - and no doubt ephemeral - thumb-up for Eilirj, who has created a very witty, creative and unique blog. But a big thumb-down chaser for his decision to delete it. I understand the desire for people to leave the SU community, but to erase your hard work and quality finds is just a waste.

What appeared to be a common teenage prank has led to felony vandalism charges against a handful of Norco teens. They toilet papered the wrong house - the home of a woman unwilling to let them get away with it.
Katja Base, a Norco mother of six, was mildly amused when she awoke one February morning to find her front lawn strewn in white two-ply. She and her husband, Ken, gathered their four little girls to play in the mess. Beyond the toilet paper, the couple found damaged landscaping and light fixtures and ruined finishes on their two cars. Dog food and flour covered the lawn. It took 13 people three hours to clean up the mess. It took Katja Base less time to track down the suspects.
Base's tenacity and the extent of the vandalism are pretty rare, sheriff's Lt. Ross Cooper said."This is the largest (toilet papering) case we've had in recent memory," he said. "Her work was instrumental in helping us to identify the suspects."
