DumberThanPaint rated 3 months ago- I thumbs upped this site, not because I agree with the point, but because I disagree with it 100%. Rapists are terrible. I agree with that sentiment. But that doesn't mean rapists deserve to be put to death. Hell you can fucking MURDER a man and get fucking life, but if you diddle a child you get death. The pendulum of justice swings. Now in the US, drug offenses are no longer the concern of the esteemed public, but we have to absolutely crucify everyone convicted of rape. P.S. What makes a crime committed against a child any more heinous than a crime committed against an adult? Are adults less important than children? Does a person who is fully cognizant of the nature of the sexual assault deserve any less legal "protection?" Fuck no.

And I suppose since I'm arguing against murdering a child rapist, I'm therefor pro rape. Right?

How many of you would continue screaming for death if that face were white, female, and it was an 8 year old step son? Yea, that hesitation or false bravado is my whole point.
You jaw bone swinging, torch waving chimps make me sick. There's a reason we look down on the crowds that surround the guillotine. You know how many rape cases get over turned every year? You know there was another prominent society that took execution to new extremes in the name of social health and morality. You may have seen their fancy parades and stylish boots in some old news reels.
How quickly we forget.

- In the United States and other common law countries, the purpose of criminal law is to punish people for wronging society. Child rape is arguably worse for society than child murder at least in that it has a much longer-lasting impact on the victim and therefore the victim's impact on society. Another fun effect of sexual abuse of children is that it makes them more likely to become sexual abusers themselves. I'm not especially fond of the death penalty, but if it's called legitimate for murder, I don't see why it wouldn't be for child rape.
