- I never had a chance folks. There was no way (thank god) that I was ever going to grow up and be "normal". This is the religion my parents were into. This is the belief system I was presented with. This is the kind of information I was offered when I asked them about spiritual things.
I figure this was why I picked them as parents (MESSED up as they so totally were). So I could more readily get this kind of information when I started looking for it..
