This is one of the best sites I have stumbled upon! it basically tells you what fruits and veggies are best to buy for the month it currently is! This means better taste in the fruits and veggies you buy that month and better value! I love this site and will keep it in my bookmarks!

good to know. btw idiots, unless you're shopping at a farmers market, in which case it's easier to tell whats fresh, your food comes from elsewhere. thus the reason for this calendar
