- From the page: "As part of Bloggers Untie I'd like to draw attention to Iranian-Canadian photojournalist, Zahra Kazemi, who was murdered in 1993 by Iranian officials after she was arrested for taking photos of a student protest outside a prison in Tehran. Originally the Iranian government said she had died in hospital after suffering a stroke while being interrogated. It was later learned that she had been raped and tortured then killed by her interrogators."
