Reviews of this website

gabriellac discovered 18 months ago- Many people think they have a solid base about nutrition, but they don't. This helped me know some new extra things.

2bijou2 rated 5 weeks ago- Interesting and informative article.

mda1125 rated 3 months ago- A few things stumped me. Overall, an interesting food tips article.

SpeedyGonzales rated 7 months ago- I'm giving this the thumbs up for some good content, however, there is some incorrect info and the writer is apparently a non English speaker, and would be advised to grammar and spell check articles first.

topmiss1 rated 15 months ago- i was told by someone that you can actually think yourself thinner, ive tried it and it works!!!

bonnie-jene rated 17 months ago- This page is a myth-breaker and myth-maker. But on the whole, not bad.

blueblau rated 17 months ago- Questionable content and spelling errors make for a shady site -- "which is even WORST"??? Yeah, that's people you can trust, lol. "Products with no animal fat are healthier - False - In the case of those aliments, the animal fat is replaced with partial or complete hydrogenated fat which is even worst than saturated animal fat."

katienz rated 17 months ago- Interesting tips/factoids.

Good information about nutrition. At the same time showing me that some ideas I had were completely wrong.

gabrielb rated 17 months ago- I think this is the first page I've ever thumbed down. From the page - "Dried fruits are digested as fast as fresh fruits - True - Dried fruits are rich in nutrients, have a smaller quantity of water, but they are digested just as fast as the fresh fruits. The only difference is that they have more calories and sugar (up to 60%-70%)." It's nice that someone is trying to clear up some misconceptions about nutrition, but they may be doing more damage than good with poorly written sentences like the one just mentioned. Fresh fruit and it's dried counterpart have the exact same amount of sugar and calories, but dried fruit has more BY VOLUME since it is in a smaller package. This is the easiest example to pick apart from the page, but there are quite a few other sentences that don't quite make sense as well as several typos. Kudos for trying to do some good, but have a friend copy edit a little before you post a web page to the entire world. About 70% of this page was good info though, and quite a few things I didn't know, thanks!

bluesoliloquy rated 17 months ago- It always helps to learn new things, especially when they are good for you.
