Most of the food listed aren't food - they are junk. Go for a walk or a run instead . I was wondering why I ended up there really - mind you - the comments are pretty funny- very heated grammatical discourse!

For the love of god. Nutrition isn't only about the calories. Stick to whole, good quality foods, and you won't need to calorie count.
