I agree with this article. I've run into unconsciously incompetent programmers, and they're the most dangerous type by far. Watch out when the new guy says he knows everything...

Great article, agreed with all the things there, i thinkin the end, it's all about being passionate and enjoying what you're doing, because if you don't you will be exactly like the post said: an "Unconscious incompetent"
