- A friend of mine from South Africa is an expert bread-maker. He demonstrated his technique to me at it is knead-free too, but doesn't require the rising times of this recipe.

- This would be worth a try. It is bread that you do not need to knead. Although sometimes kneading the bread is the best part about making it!
