I like this site not so much for the tutorials, but for the design element collections they share. For example, the latest post was a collection of 400 beautiful design patterns to use in your designs. Very useful stuff.

SU prompted me to add the tag "people" when I stumbled this site but that is wrong. I stumbled it under "design". This is very helpful and updated designing stuff.
