Very cool photoshop actions! (Check out the usage rules though with each action, some of them can be used only inside Deviant Art. I personally would never remember where an action came from once it's downloaded so I just leave them alone.)
What do you think about this page?Great effects and techniques. Will have to try some out. The biggest problem I have is with skin tone so it look like there are a couple of useful ones in there.
