Some of this guy's rules are shit. This is coming from an English Writing major. You can't eliminate all your commas; it just doesn't work like that.

So we're supposed to take advice on writing from someone that can't be bothered to write their own advice? Perhaps this "guide" should have had one rule. 1.) Steal all your shit.

And here we have some old-as-dirt writing observations dressed up with one new one: bloggers can't write. The interesting (if unintentional) touch is that this observation, just like the rest of the list, is perfectly self-evident the second one reads it.
