Phos discovered 9 months ago- An interview with Stephen Baskerville, it starts off a little slow, but a must listen for men. One of the hardest orders to get is a modification of support when your income changes downward. You get sick, need to go back to school to retrain, finish a degree, the industry you were in no longer exist - or you can no longer work in that industry, the economy takes a turn in your area and you can't replace your income. Or a not very unusual case for children born out of wedlock - you find out the order was entered on estimated income at a hearing you were never informed about, and a paternity hearing you never were informed about either. (Common in California - which allows that kind of order. In fact the majority of such orders are done that way in California).

- PHOS, Thank you so much for letting everyone know about this interview. The best past of the interview is when the female caller gives her viewpoint and Dr. Baserville'e response. It is nice to hear a second wives opinion on how dads are treated in family court. Thanks, www.daddyblogger.com
