I think I've seen various iterations of this list about seven dozen times by now. If you're a freelancer, don't give anything away. Don't bend over backwards for a client. Don't take a percentage of profits since the web sucks at making a profit. Duh. Gets a thumbs down from me due to being a copy from another writer, with only a lonely link with no description as attribution. A derivative of a too-often-repeated refrain.

Well, IMO is indeed, something to do cause I ended up many times working for clients in the middle of the night cause they needed it and then finding out that they were not ready with something else. It happens.

I can't believe that with so many thumbs down, stumble upon still thinks I want to visit this page?

Copied from another site with the smallest of links by way of attribution. A dishonest piece of borrowing.

It's pretty poor that the guy that posted this refuses to make the attribution clearer. I would bet about 90% of casual readers think it's his own stuff. This may not be passing off, but it's a near as dammit and it's pretty ugly given that he's a freelancer too. How difficult would it have been to add the words "I saw this post on WakeUpLater..." be?
