Slavofile rated 11 days ago- In the name of all that is palatable . . . why? Why would anyone want to mimic a dry husk of Hooter's fried creature or Olive Garden's salt-and-oil specialties? We cook at home so we don't have to go and glue our guts together with chain restaurants' digestive tract-incinerating concoctions. Shall we wash these recipes down with a gallon of high fructose corn syrup and pair them with a side of MSG? Life is too short for (and will become shorter as a result of) copying low-quality dishes from eateries whose essential kitchen appliance is the heating lamp.

Mariaglenn rated 7 weeks ago- Another great resource for the cook who likes to experiment like I do! Great!

WRITINGNAGS rated 6 months ago- One of my favorite things to do is try a recipe at a restaurant then recreate it at home. Glad to find a site that already does all the hard work.
