Looks like Ascaris lumbricoides. It's estimated that about 25% of people are affected worldwide (1.5 billion!), 2-4% in the developed world. These guys are actually pretty well-behaved (by parasite standards): they eat food, not blood and usually stay in the intestine instead of moving to the brain or lungs (when they're adults anyway). For those with weak stomachs just having lunch: how about not stumbling medical science videos...

Can't give it a thumbs up because my life wasn't made one bit better by seeing it. Actually, I was watching this thing, thinking about how fortunate that I wasn't being freaked out by it, but how- probably- there are plenty of people who would be scarred for life by having it just described to them. I'm happy for the person who got this job done, but there are so many people living with parasites that have no access to adequate health care.
