It's a funny piece of hoax art. There is no web server, there may not be a fly. I quite like the idea though, and the fact they've put in a bit of effort to make it look believable.
Wowzers!! They're talking about modifying flys to take cams!! I always thought that this sort of thing would have real potential as a spying device, and it looks like the technology available is making this sort of thing possible. Check your Judge Dredd stories...
