- It's not Apple as a company's fault, it's the fault of the one person that read the letter and, treating it the same as every other "I think you should do this" letter, sent the generic reply letter. They probably didn't even know a child sent it. Way to overreact.

- Apple sends a 9 year old a cease and desist letter??? Apple needs to focus on customer service and reviewing correspondence, if this is the response they give to a 9 year old imagine what an adult trying to get help for problems with their products will face! Apple needs to send this girl an apology and donate some computers and other tools/toys to her school. Maybe they could give her a few products too in appreciation for a sincere letter from a young fan of their work who was just trying give them some free advice from the kids that use their products!
