creates energy...the kids would love to bounce the thing (my idea for when it's no longer usable)...and best of all super-cheap!

wow CA really seems to have lots of solar power experiments going on. But to make this out of plastic is great the lesser cost is much needed in that industry.

Very interesting, though I hope this balloon remains on the ground. Ugly skyline, blinding to passers-by, and what about birds?
