interesting idea not sure if it will have the draw to keep puuling people back never know unless one tries Causecast, dubbed "a one stop philanthropy shop" by TechCrunch, is a platform where media, philanthropy, social networking, entertainment and education converge to serve a greater purpose. People want to do good, want to be inspired, and want to inspire others to join them in giving back. Causecast makes this easy by providing users with means to CONNECT with people, leaders, charities, nonprofit organizations, and brands that inspire them.

Causecast asks: What changes would you like to see in the world? Attendees for the Huffington Post's Pre-Inaugural Ball in Washington DC on January 19th respond. Have something to say? SAY IT!! Shoot and upload your own video to http://www.causecast.org and tell us. The people have spoken: these are the changes we would like to see!

I like the idea here but they are basically screen scraping articles, although they link ever so subtly to the original source and they use creative commons licensed Flickr photos but don't bother to link to the original source. Very lame practices here. Don't support them.
