AlexPuma rated 45 hours ago- Telling people on the internet to stop drinking caffine is a fruitless affair. I'm hopelessly addicted O_O;

mtrip rated 45 hours ago- Anything badmouthing coffee get my downvote, I don't care how much science is behind it. Booo! Boo this site!

PERCE-NEIGE rated 2 weeks ago- Excellent site!

16Miles rated 5 weeks ago- Explains *everything*. Caffeine generally gets me worked up, tense, jumpy, etc.

Heggs rated 5 weeks ago- At the risk of upsetting the caffeine junkies out there, this is 100% true from what I've seen. The positive effects of coffee are temporary at best, the side effects being particularly bad for anyone who ever suffers from anxiety. If you ever suffer from anxiety attacks, consider eliminating caffeine. You'll feel like crap due to the withdrawal for a few days, but in the long term it's completely worth it. As for a coffee substitute, I've heard teeccino is particularly good.

flection rated 5 weeks ago- Anxiety? Caffeine could be to blame.. Two to 12 hours after drinking a cup of coffee, caffeine’s anxiety-producing effects kick in. Because of this delayed reaction, people rarely connect anxiety to their morning java.

warewolf55 rated 5 weeks ago- Limit to one cup per day?!? Good god what do they want me to do?... dehydrate?

ScarySquirrel rated 2 months ago- This page outlines the educated argument for banning the world's most popular dangerous drug. The junkies will probably justify their continued abuse, with these links, which follow: 1. Caffeine; Facts 2. Caffeine - A Drug of Abuse?

- I really don't care, I just want my damn Coke.

hoangmphung rated 2 months ago- One of the reasons I never drink coffee. From the page:
Nothing is worse for anxiety than caffeine, says Bernard Vittone, M.D. Found in foods like chocolate; beverages such as coffee, tea, and colas; and medications like Excedrin, caffeine affects neurotransmitters in the brain, which causes anxiety. Research shows that people who are predisposed to anxiety and those with panic disorders are especially sensitive to caffeine's effects. Caffeine is deceptive, says Dr. Vittone. When you drink a cup of coffee, for example, you're likely to feel more vivacious for up to an hour. Two to 12 hours after that, caffeine's anxiety-producing effects kick in. Because of this delayed reaction, people rarely connect anxiety to their morning java.- One of the reasons I never drink coffee. From the page:
