- Ms. Branch4's brilliant green pages of cats and cat related objets d'arte leapt out of the page like the green chlorophyll bits in a box of white cat litter. However, I do believe the animals at the very bottom of the page are, in fact, raccoons made up to look like cats.

- I really should have passed the cat on to XineAnn, but I claim ownership myself of at least two babies in that pic on the left! I am a lover from way back of raccoons -- which are appallingly treated in the US, I believe, and disparaged as scavengers. Of course, I only ever worshipped them from afar. Or in human form -- as in my partner of many years, Lucien. That is the pair of us plus our kids born in 1987, Luigi and Marcel. But just to return the focus to Branch4's terrific photo blog (with cats!), here step into the shadows to get the feel.
