Artist Ron Shipp or Stumbler Botticellis, has a great arts blog but more importantly he is a fine artist not afraid to experiment. I choose these two pieces to show his diversity of style and medium. Well done sir. "Spheres and Pyramids (Linda series), painting, 15" x 19", by Ron Shipp, 1990 Painted with gouche in a pointillist/cubist style. Part of my "Linda" series "The Death of a Nation", mixed media & digital artwork, by Ron Shipp, 2007 The mixed -media sculpture in the center was originally titled "GaGa About Technology", but I didn't think it was a very strong piece, so I photographed it, then digitally manipulated it in Photoshop to reflect my belief that corporate power is destroying our democracy (and the future of our children).

A great and Interesting set of Stumbles. I was bequeathed cash from a Stumbler after a silly competition They donated it to sponsor others. Bott will be No1 as soon as I get to it.

There's a live presence in this work of the stumbler's namesake. Besides, he entertains wise interests, I think I'll start fanning him (no pun).

This is a great page. It is refreshing to see an eclectic mix of stumbles and some thoughtful essays. I too have been surprised at how the whole 9/11 findings have been swallowed whole by people that I thought were intelligent and willing to look beyond the news reports. Maybe it is because the situation was so horrible to begin with, that other possibilities are unthinkable. From the page: "Patriots Question 9/11 - Responsible Criticism of the 9/11 Commission Report Aug 13, 11:40pm 21 reviews conspiracies, 9-11 • http://www.patriotsquestion911.com/ About year ago, I expressed my opinion here that something seemed terribly wrong with the official 9/11 explanation (I think if you look in my tags for 9/11 you can read it). I don't think of myself as a crackpot who quickly decides the sky is falling; nor do I consider myself to be unpatriotic. On the contrary, I did a lot of research and hard work digging up what documented facts I could find before I reached my conclusions. I knew my opinion would be considered "fringe" by many, but I was a bit surprised when it was rejected outright by some people that I knew to be intelligent and thoughtful."
