demonveen discovered 4 months ago- I do realize that this is flagrant abuse of my social capital at Stumble Upon -- but I think that I have the credit in my account to swing it -- so this is what I would like from you: My cat died, this is his memorial page and I would like everyone to thumb it up so that it gets like a thousand hits. It will make me feel good to know that people are looking at him, and it will give me something to do (watching the stats) while I am waiting for the sting of mourning to pass. This isn't a job for me, I don't give a shit if you read the rest of the pages or whatever -- I'd just love it if you would blow this page up so that it was the number one page on my blog and stayed that way for a while. And if you enjoy the wonderful pictures then that is a bonus.

- This is a beautifully composed blog page, in tribute to a beautiful cat who went to The Bridge last month. I think it touched me even more than it otherwise would have, because I had a very similar, 5 year experience, maintaining a great quality of life for my cat with congestive heart failure. I, too, was blessed with all good days for and with him, until he died in the car, on Christmas Eve, as we were traveling to visit relatives. I, too, was so grateful that he died with me, and I was spared the ordeal of having to put him down.

- How sad. Losing a pet is so incredibly difficult. Poor lil guy..sucks that he suffered so much. :(

- I don't usually do thumb ups on request, but I'll make an exception for the wee man. I was gutted when I lost my own kitty a few years back (she was a grande ol dame of 22), but any pet, if you get close to them, is a friend and support. And we really miss them when they're gone, like you would any friend.
