Maxismax discovered 10 months ago- From the page: "he Houston Chronicle says Texas has added the phrase "one state, under God" to its pledge of allegiance." ... We brainwash them and bully all the creativity and imagination out of them. We replace it with rote learning and group-think...and then we sigh and shake our heads when they turn to drugs.

Students will recite the new pledge unless a parent submits a note requesting that they be exempt from the pledge requirement." Don't mess with Texas. We're so fiercely independent that we force our children to swear fealty to two levels of government.
