I wonder how they would do this. They'd probably need a good network of cameras outside of the aircraft. Anyways this reminds me of the Anime movie, Chars Counter Attack, or really just...
I actually don't believe the facts are right. I'm a large technical and science warfare junkie (Superior technology breeds superior results), but I don't see this happening. I know the F-35, and I know how the military "could" do what they say is being done, but neither are working together here. This is probably just a few sci-fi rumors put in about the helmet design. I would expect as much from 2 paragraph entry with little technical talk about how EXACTLY it is done.
Every military advancement they make is just making it harder for the uprising to come and "fertilize the tree of liberty with the blood of patriots and tyrants".
