"She's stealing my snowflakery with her generalized icons! Uwaaaaaaah!" I'll give this a Thumbs Up in a metarating sort of way, as the comments on StumbleUpon are worth the site existing to be stumbled, and commented, upon. It's fascinating to find out what people might find "offensive". It's generalized, yes, but so is the average view of the West from the East, and the East from the West. While "oversimplified" and "generalized", are they not accurately oversimplified and generalized observations? Isn't that the point?

A lot of this is incredibly oversimplified, and some of it is just plain wrong. One person's beliefs and misunderstandings about the West, presented in cute iconic form.
