    Its irresponsible to not stay up-to-date on vaccinations if you choose to let your animals be outside for anything period of time. It's pretty irresponsible to choose to let cats outside period.

    Pretty funny! Letting your cats run wild?! @bawdydame Cats are independent, good luck trying to know what they're doing all the time. AND they weren't even sure it was the cat that scratched the kid!
