good-looking (at least from the pictures) and mighty tasty sounding vegan recipes. I'm not a vegan nor a vegetarian, but I like my vegetables and fruits. I'm always seeking news ways to prepare them.

Tofu cookies sound ... doubtful ... but I've eaten other tofu goodies that are awesome, so just maybe. I think I'll give them a try.
