The 5 secrets to a fulfilled and happy life and if you find the message over sentimental, then the pics are rather nice. Too bad about the last slide, the book promo.

This is so beautiful and so true. The message is simple and I'd be surprised if it was news to anyone, but I think we need to be reminded of it now and again so that we don't lose touch with it.
