- I like ginger ale. The spicier the better. I'll have to give this a try a home one day. I tried a Jamacian brew in Berkeley and thought it was great. Now I don't have to buy it from the store.

- Here is a very good recipe for homemade ginger brew. I became interested in making ginger brew when I had a really wonderful version at a West African restaurant in New Orleans called Bennachin. This recipe turned out very well, although I think I'll add more ginger next time to give it a little more bite.
