LunarPages Has Bad Customer Service

I recently had some problems with LunarPages as well - they took my site down for 22 hours without giving me more information as to why, or responding to my e-mails. Their service is fine for small sites, but once you get above shared hosting, it's time to move on.

Bad customer service is epidemic. Why can't a company just be helpful and communicative?
