It's a fake letter, written (not by a gay man it would seem, BTW; the writer is using euphemism, but he or she is prolly thrilled that the writing is being widely misconstrued...since we all know how some people hate gay people anyway) for a specific audience...

And the Wikipedia piece is most likely written by the author of this "letter" (in the 3rd person.creepy). This Blogspot address is actually barakobamanation.blogspot.com/2008/03/anti-war-activist-proclaims-himself.html
and its large banner reads "The Abomination of an Obama Nation". The 'view article' link takes you to a site called antiwar.com, a misnomer if you care for the slog through the reading and it is, in turn, linked to The Randolph Bourne Institute site (this is odd: "Donations to the Randolph Bourne Institute (and Antiwar.com!) are tax deductible..." How can it be tax-deductible with a dotcom address?) which is itself
not-what-it-seems. To each his own, n'est-ce pas?
