- 1 minute of real time equals 10 minutes of "computer time", so if someone has a problem that takes a minute or two really it will be half an hour. Complex problems will require much more time.

- I'm just tired of IT guys moaning and bitching about their jobs. Yes, you deal with idiotic and ridiculous people, just like everybody else. Being that the vast majority of the service industry deals with this sort of crap on a daily basis, why do IT Professionals feel the need to be compile lists; as they're alone in their mistreatment?
