- The recipes seem not too authentic to me. Eg Laab calls for breadcrumbs!? instead of rice powder and chicken-coconut soup recipe uses chicken broth vs. fish sauce. But I guess this is a good site for those starting to experiment w/ Thai cuisine without having to go shop in Asian markets for ingredients.
