"And if she's scantily clad, she should lose all protection of the law against rape." Yes, that's exactly what this comic is saying. As a man, the first thing I thought about when I read it was how unjust it is that men are prosecuted for raping women with big boobs.

Because a well endowed woman has no right to not be ogled or leered at. And if she's scantily clad, she should lose all protection of the law against rape. Seriously, I've seen more poignant material in Garfield. Not to mention that Jim Davis can at least draw worth a shit. This guy couldn't get a job making cocktail napkins.
