This is no surprise. Hell, even Microsoft has used pirated software in the past (as evidenced by some sound files included with XP bearing the mark of a well known hacker group).

This is one case where I wish the courts would really stick it to the pirates... it's not like Sony can't afford to pay for the software license. It's also not like Sony isn't profiting from the use of the software either.
