Still, I'd argue that Time Warner and any other cable company considering bandwidth caps is taking a short-sighted view of the problem." ... if they're offering a cheap alternative to unlimited download for the low bandwidth users, this is perfectly acceptable -- but if they're going to eliminate or rate hike their currently default unlimited bandwidth plan, they're going to watch as all of their high bandwidth users jump ship to their competition ...
