The Chief is one of the most interesting stumblers on SU. This man has a heart of gold and has made a point to make the very most of his life. I admire him greatly. Salude Chief!!

Everybody's favourite Army Chief. He has an eclectic stumble filled with great photos and wonderful captions or opinions on various and sundry things. The Chief is also intelligent and pretty cute...and serves our country passionately which makes for very high marks in my book! Welcome to the N&N line~up babe!

From the page: "Notwithstanding my earlier post expressing concern over our present obsession with national security, this image advances a rather inflammatory message. Say what you will about the present state of our involvement in Iraq, but there is no real argument to be made in support of the well-worn "blood for oil" conspiracy. Poor intelligence? Almost certainly. A certain naivety in our foreign policy? Yes, probably. An overly-optimistic assessment of our ability to apply western civic ideals to a fractured society built upon tribal and religious allegiances? Sure, I could go along with that. I would even concede that we hoped to establish a regional presence that would eventually give us a favorable standing in both diplomacy and trade. But ... initiating a war of this magnitude simply for the sake of catering to oil interests? I'm sorry, but having spent 15 months in Iraq, I find that laugh-in-your-face silly." What's this?? Another TRUE patriot on SU! That's right.

Comes across as extremely articulate, and smart (after all he is a Chief WO). Also has some really interesting pictures, two thumbs up!

I'm a military helicopter pilot with an affinity for ideas that enlighten, innovations that inspire, places that give new perspective, and people who live their lives for something larger than themselves.
