- I HAVE GOT TO SEE THIS MOVIE. TECHNICALLY BONGS ARE NOT ILLEGAL UNTIL THEY HAVE RESIDUE IN THEM. IF THE MAN WANTS YOU IN JAIL HE'LL FIND A WAY. THE US GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.
