Looks delicious indeed! The tahini gives it a lovely, sesame taste! Great to dip pitta bread into.

Baba Ganoush, yammie. Also seen at Margir's. "Essentially, you just need to throw all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and let it whirl until smooth."
