From the page: "From a very early age, we vary what we do to stop ourselves getting bored. We look for new tasks and seek new ways to do things. Sometimes even this fails and we fall into the boredom-trap. We cannot be bothered to find ways to cure our boredom because we are too bored. "

From the page: ""You cannot teach a man or woman anything; you can only help them to find it within themselves." Galileo "Just as eating against one's will is injurious to the health, so study without a liking for it spoils the memory, and it retains nothing it takes in." Leonardo Da Vinci"

You don't need study "tips."Simply learn how to research, and memory will come naturally as needed. If something is making you study like college or high school for instance, it is simply the system trying to trick you into doing their job for them.In the case of college you are paying for a service. Any moron can assign and grade homework and proctor tests. But you are paying for instruction and you should be taking classes relevant to your chosen line of work and therefor your interests.Trouble studying is therefor a sign of a deeper problem.
