If someone leaves a Christian denomination because they have come to the conclusion that the doctrines are not in harmony with the Bible, by all means, they should make the errors clear and help to bring the Truth to as many as possible! However, if the problems of the faith lie in the behaviour of the the people, rather than the beliefs of the church, then this is a separate matter altogether. A person should choose their faith based on truth, not the actions of members. There will be, and indeed are, members in every Christian denomination that are not truly converted, and are even agents of the devil (wolves in sheep\'s clothing, anyone?)! I would no more consider the Roman Catholic Church to be a cult/the Beast/an agency of Satan for the sexual molestation of children (though it does happen), than I would consider greed or sexual crimes amongst members grounds for leaving the SDA church. The Bible says the Remnant will be those who \"sigh and cry for the abominations done in the church.\" What? Abominations? Would it be reasonable, then, to assume the last-day church will have abominations done in it? I believe so! There are sinners in the SDA church, and they will answer to God in His judgment. In conclusion, if the folks who run this site were seeking to expose unbiblical doctrines, or practices that are officially promoted by the church (note: officially), I would encourage them to continue. If they are speaking against the church based on personal offenses, or even crimes done by members of the Conference (which, I can assure you would also meet with disapproval by the vast majority of members if they knew), I must give it the \"thumbs down\" rating. I am not saying that such things should be spoken of or addressed. As I quoted above, we must \"sigh and CRY for the abominations,\" but not to the degree of telling people that the solution is to leave the church. The Bible never advises that, nor should we. (If someone really has a problem with how money is handled, for instance, just give your tithe and offering to another organization! That\'s what my mother does.) That\'s how I feel, and others are free to disagree. :)
